"Charity is commendable, everyone should be charitable. But Justice aims to create a social order in which, if individuals choose not to be charitable, people still don't go hungry, unschooled or sick without care. Charity depends on the vicissitudes of whim and personal wealth, justice depends on commitment instead of circumstance.
Faith-based charity provides crumbs from the table; faith-based justice offers a place at the table"
~Bill Moyers

1600 Pennsylvania, HERE WE COME!!!!

But only if we bury the political hatchet, in the right place of course! (Metaphorically speaking) In The Regressive.

It is time to embrace our progressive values and aspirations and yes, it can be done, if we work hard because, ultimately, as Barack Obama keeps reminding us, it is up to us, WE ARE THE ONES WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR - Soooo, lets not keep ourselves waiting, let's show up and be counted, in other words, as all of us wonderful members of these groups have been doing all along, but harder, if that's possible.

Heartfelt thanks to Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, she was up in full speed for the moment, this is our time, a time to heal, a time to struggle, a time to fight for ours and our children's future.

She is right, as is Senator Obama, the stakes are too high to diddle in our differences or nitpick in our missteps or poor choice of language.

Yes we can! Si se puede!
